SMS Privacy Policy

This policy covers the optional class registration confirmation and reminder text-message program of Commonwealth Training and Preparedness Group LLC, operating as Commonwealth Training and Preparedness only. Consent does not authorize messages from affiliates or any other company.

Information collected and used

When you submit your SMS choice, the Site stores your phone number, choice, date and time, account identifier, registration source, and the consent wording shown. These records document your choice and support class registration confirmations and reminders.

No marketing sharing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties, except aggregators and service providers needed to deliver and support the text-message service, such as Twilio. Consent for one named business does not subscribe you to another business.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional. You can register without it. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or contact mailadmin@commonwealthtraininggroup.com to withdraw consent, correct your number, or ask about your SMS information. Consent history may be retained to document and honor your choices. Access to these records is restricted through the Site’s account permissions.
