This public page shows where customers choose to receive optional class registration confirmations and class reminders from Commonwealth Training and Preparedness Group LLC, operating as Commonwealth Training and Preparedness, only. No sign-in is required to review this page.
Where customers agree
- Visit Login / My Training, choose “Create an account,” and complete account signup and sign-in.
- Enter first name, last name, contact email, and phone number in the student account form.
- Choose the optional SMS checkbox below the contact fields. It starts unchecked and is separate from other agreements.
- Submit the registration form to save the choice. Customers can register without agreeing to texts.
The same optional consent appears when students register for a class. Commonwealth consent authorizes only Commonwealth; it does not authorize affiliates or other companies.

What happens after submission
The Site records the choice, phone number, account identifier, date and time, source, and the exact disclosure shown. Checking the box alone does not save consent. This permission covers only Commonwealth class registration confirmations and reminders; it does not authorize promotional texts or messages from affiliates or other companies.
Enrollment confirmation queuing and signed webhook processing are implemented in the Site and locally tested with a simulated provider. Sending remains off. Twilio campaign approval, Console keyword and reply configuration, live enrollment delivery, class-registration texts, and the 24-hour reminder schedule still need completion or verification. This page is consent proof, not evidence of working SMS delivery.

Information collected and used
When you submit your SMS choice, the Site stores your phone number, choice, date and time, account identifier, registration source, and the consent wording shown. These records document your choice and support class registration confirmations and reminders.
No marketing sharing
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties, except aggregators and service providers needed to deliver and support the text-message service, such as Twilio. Consent for one named business does not subscribe you to another business.
Your choices
SMS consent is optional. You can register without it. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or contact mailadmin@commonwealthtraininggroup.com to withdraw consent, correct your number, or ask about your SMS information. Consent history may be retained to document and honor your choices. Access to these records is restricted through the Site’s account permissions.

Consent applies only to this business, at the mobile number you provide. It does not authorize messages from affiliates or any other company.
Message frequency varies with your class registrations. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or registration. You may leave the box unchecked and still register. This consent does not authorize promotional messages.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact mailadmin@commonwealthtraininggroup.com. You may also contact that email to withdraw consent or report a changed phone number. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation of your request.
Only opt in for a number you own or are authorized to use. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check your portal for current training details; text delivery is not guaranteed.
